1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NurGuard Shield, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

NurGuard Shield is a digital wellness application that provides network-level content filtering (the shield), optional on-device app management (where supported on your platform), accountability partner reporting, and analytics. Some features roll out per platform over time. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis.

3. Subscriptions and payments

NurGuard Shield is $33.00 USD per month, billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription — no questions asked. Contact [email protected] and we will refund you in full. After the first 14 days, monthly renewals are non-refundable, except where required by law. The full policy is at nurguard.com/refunds.

The household plan is $77.00 USD per month and covers up to 5 protected profiles (a guardian plus up to 4 youth aged 13–17). Households are capped at 5 profiles. The adult guardian is the sole account holder and billing party, and must be 18 or older; children under 13 cannot be added.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent content filtering for the purpose of accessing harmful content
• Use the service to harass or monitor others without their consent
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the application
• Use the affiliate program for fraudulent referrals

5. Accountability partners

The accountability partner feature sends reports to a designated person at your explicit request. You are responsible for choosing a trustworthy partner. Partners can be removed at any time from your settings.

6. Limitations

NurGuard Shield provides content filtering on a best-effort basis. No filtering system is 100% effective. We do not guarantee that all harmful content will be blocked. The service should be used as one component of a broader approach to digital wellness.

7. Sadaqah Reserve

We set aside 10% of every subscription payment into a segregated Sadaqah Reserve earmarked for the Masjid Builder initiative — building and maintaining masajid. Until that charitable entity is formally established, these funds are held in reserve, not yet disbursed, and reflected in a public running total. This is a company allocation from our revenue; it is not a tax-deductible donation made by you, and it does not change the price you pay.

8. Affiliate program

If you join the affiliate program, you earn a 30% commission on payments from brothers you refer, credited on their initial subscription and on each renewal. Commissions are held for 30 days before they clear, so that most refunds and chargebacks can settle first; a refund or chargeback on a referred payment reverses the related commission whenever it arrives — including after clearing or payout, in which case the amount is netted against your balance. Cleared commissions are payable once your balance reaches $50. Referrals must be genuine — self-referrals, fake accounts, and other fraudulent activity forfeit commissions and may end your participation. The program is for adult account holders only — a managed youth profile can never generate a referral code, earn a commission, or receive a payout. If you are a US person, where IRS rules require it a Form 1099-NEC is filed using the taxpayer information you provided to Stripe during onboarding; you are responsible for reporting your income regardless of whether a form is issued.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting [email protected].

10. Disclaimer of warranties

NurGuard Shield is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any filtering will block all harmful content. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rizq Labs AI LLC and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved informally, and you and we each agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting the other in good faith.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where the change is significant, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use NurGuard after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
