Delete your account and all data

You can delete your account in either of two ways:

• In the app or on the web: Sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm.
• By email: Send a request to [email protected] from the email address on your account. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleting your account removes your email address, display name, device registrations, filter settings, streaks and progress data, accountability partner links, and aggregated usage statistics. Any active subscription stops renewing.

We retain only what the law requires: billing and tax records tied to past payments (kept for the legally required retention period), and records of fraud or abuse where needed to protect the service. Encrypted backups expire on their normal rotation schedule.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can remove an accountability partner, clear your leaderboard handle, or remove a device anytime in Settings. For anything else — including deleting specific data while keeping your account — email [email protected] and we will handle it within the time your local law requires.
